No Income Qualification
The hardest part of a high rise loan is may be proving all of your income. We offer a no income qualification program that is very similar to our stated income program with one small change. For some individuals, the amount of income you make may not be enough to qualify you for your loan.
In these cases we simply leave your income blank!
If you are self employed we'll need a copy of your business license or a letter from your CPA stating that you are self employed. If you are a wage earner, we'll simply phone your employer to verify you work there. In either case, your income will never be disclosed or verified.
