No Asset Verification Loan
One big challenge of a high rise loan is proving all of your assets for loan verification. We offer a stated asset program that won't make you verify your assets. Many of our clients have international or physical assets that are very difficult, if not impossible to verify. We'll simply state your assets at a reasonable and acurate amount. Your assets will never be verified. Many of our clients use this program becauses it simplifies the entire loan process.
