Stated Income Program
Usually, the hardest component of your high rise loan is proving all of your income. We offer a stated income program that won't make you pull out your tax returns, 1099's or W2's. We'll simply state your income at a reasonable and acurate amount. If you are self employed we'll need a copy of your business license or a letter from your CPA stating that you are self employed. If you are a wage earner, we'll simply phone your employer to verify you work there. In either case, your income will never be verified. Over 80% of our clients use this program becauses it simplifies the entire process.
